
While fans wait to discover the future official title of the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Nintendo has opened a small window on the development of the game on the occasion of E3 2021.
On the occasion of the Nintendo Direct organized for the Los Angeles event, the Kyoto giant has in fact shared with the public a new dedicated trailer, the first to follow the reveal trailer published several years ago. The update also brought with it the announcement of the release window set by Nintendo, with The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 now officially expected in the course of 2022, exclusively on Nintendo Switch.
The wait, therefore, will still be quite long, with an enthusiast who has decided to ironically break the delay and create a first prototype of Link’s next adventure. Using Nintendo’s shared material as a reference, creative “Avatar Nick” recruited his brother and started development of his own version of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2.
