already available the pre-download on PS5 and PS4

Jin Sakai is now ready to make his return with Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut. The new version of Sucker Punch’s acclaimed open-world action / adventure will debut on PS5 and PS4 on August 20, 2021 and, ahead of launch, the game’s pre-download is already available on the PlayStation Store.

The total weight of the download is equal to 57.72GB, available for all those who have already pre-ordered the title but also for those who decide to book it right now. To start the download you have to go to the game page on the PlayStation Store or via the PlayStation App, and then comfortably wait for the official launch date and start it instantly without further waiting. At the moment, the pre-download may not be available in all territories: in this case you can try again a few hours later, since the possibility of pre-loading is provided in the same day all over the world.

Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut will include, in addition to the base game, also the new expansion Island of Iki and the online component Ghost of Tsushima Legends, as well as a series of downloadable content such as a digital mini artbook and the Hero of Tsushima skin. The PS5 version will enjoy improvements such as support for 4K resolution at 60fps, lip sync for Japanese dubbing, 3D audio and support for all the features of the Dualsense. For owners of the original PS4 version, we also remind you that Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut will not have the free update for PS5.
