are copied from Red Dead Redemption 2

Only a few hours ago we reported the alleged PC requirements of Elden Ring, which appeared on the portal “Can You Run It?”. According to the new updates, it seems that the information released online is in no way related to the open world developed by FromSoftware.

As pointed out by a particularly attentive user in the comments of a Nibel post, it seems that the minimum and recommended requirements of Elden Ring leaked online are none other than those of Red Dead Redemption 2. The data, which among other things reported 150GB of space required on the HDD, in short, have been copied from the blockbuster of Rockstar Games, but the reason for this operation is not clear.

The doubts regarding the requirements were already concrete since Bandai Namco Entertainment, publisher of the action-RPG, has never filled in the appropriate space dedicated to the requirements of Elden Ring within the Steam page of the game. The publisher has not provided official comments, but it seems that users have independently managed to shed some light on the matter.

Recall that Elden Ring will be released on January 21, 2022 on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Bandai Namco has confirmed that the new game directed by Hidetaka Miyazaki will not have the dubbing in Italian, as unfortunately already happened with the Dark Souls series.
