Baldur’s Gate 3, the largest patch ever, will introduce a salami as a blunt weapon

Larian Studios has finally provided new advances about Baldur’s Gate 3 Patch 6. According to the words of the Belgian software house, the next will be the biggest update ever for the role still in the Early Access phase on Steam.

Through a new post published on the Valve platform, the studio confirmed that Patch 6 of the Dungeons & Dragons game is now in the pipeline and that, unlike the previous update, numerous content changes will be presented. Among these we mention a new playable class, which will be shown in preview to those who will attend the EGX in London. Unfortunately, no further details have been reported in this regard, but according to the speculations of a good slice of users it could be a class linked to magic. If this is the case, we will find out during the new Panel From Hell that Larian will hold shortly, and which will accompany us in the discovery of all the other contents of the Patch.

Among these, we point out the somewhat bizarre addition of a salami that can be equipped as a blunt weapon. Of course, there will also be the possibility of using two salami in dual wielding. The weapon – Larian specifies – will be perfect for those players who love the “sound of flesh versus flesh”.

Finally, we are specified that the update will weigh approximately 60GB and that, exactly as happened with the previous updates, each save will be deleted once the new version of the GDR is installed.

Recall that the final version of the title does not yet have a launch date, but Larian hopes to publish the final edition of Baldur’s Gate 3 in the course of 2022.
