A few minutes after the presentation of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 on the stage of the PlayStation Showcase, Insomniac Games has provided the first details on the blockbuster for PS5 directly from the pages of the PlayStation Blog.
As we learn from the official pages of PlayStation, the new adventures of the friendly Spiderm-Man of the neighborhood by Insomniac Games will see the return of a large part of the development team that gave life to the first great chapter. Bryan Intihar will return as Creative Director and Ryan Smith as Game Director. Although the heroes and villains who will help shape the story of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 are yet to be discovered, Insomniac has confirmed that the dubbing of the Venom symbiote will be entrusted to Tony Todd from the Candyman movie.
Also confirmed the return of Yuri Lowenthal and Nadji Jeter as Peter Parker and Miles Morales. Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will be released exclusively on the new PlayStation 5 and will make extensive use of the next-gen power and functionality of the Sony flagship. The arrival of the game is set for 2023 and all that remains is to wait for the news that will be unveiled over the next year.
