Activision and Treyarch have released the first image of Season 5 of Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War and Warzone, which sets the tone of the new content offer and shows for the first time the new Operator.
We had already glimpsed the new Operator in the teaser trailer of Season 5 of Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War and Warzone: in that video, the woman was fleetingly framed while recovering a package containing the very important data stolen by Wraith, necessary for the execution of the Stitch’s final plan. Although the appearance is no longer a secret, the name of the Operator is still unknown. Accompanying the image is confirmation that COD Black Ops Cold War and Warzone Season 5 will begin on August 12.
Some fans with impressive attention to detail have also found that the image lurks a clue to the next premium installment in the series. If you look closely, you will notice the presence of numerous writings in Japanese language behind the Operator: well, one of them can be translated with an unequivocal “Vanguard is coming”: a clue that seems to confirm the Call of Duty Vanguard title, never officially announced by Sledgehammer Games (the team that is taking care of it).
