As reported by several ResetEra forum goers, those who bought Xbox One or Xbox Series X / S games on promotion during the last Summer Spotlight are receiving a discount coupon to spend freely on the Microsoft Store.
The voucher in question provides an extra credit of 10 dollars, 10 euros or 8 pounds for their Xbox account, thus allowing the lucky ones to spend this amount without any restrictions whatsoever on the Microsoft Store between games, expansions, additional packages or other. Among the video games that were part of the last round of the Summer Spotlight sales of the Redmond house, we mention Hades, The Ascent, Death’s Door and Orcs Must Die 3.
The initiative, based on what emerged from the reports on social networks and on forums such as ResetEra, would seem to concern only users subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, but we do not know if this promotion may also concern Xbox Game Pass “base” subscribers ( for both Xbox and PC consoles) and Xbox Live Gold subscribers.
Looking forward to receiving further feedback from the community, please let us know with a comment if you have received this discount coupon. In June of this year, we remind you that Microsoft sent a 10 euro or dollar voucher as a form of compensation for errors found in the orders of Xbox Design Lab, the platform from which you can buy Xbox Series X / S controllers with custom colors for the body and the buttons.
