free endgame events and post-launch content revealed on video

Having cleared all the doubts of fans about the launch date and budget price of Rainbow Six Extraction, the developers of Ubisoft Montreal list the main endgame activities and illustrate the free content arriving in the post-launch phase of their cooperative shooter in post-apocalyptic sauce.

Inspired by the efforts made over the years on the Rainbow Six Siege project, the authors of the North American subsidiary of Ubisoft promise to actively and continuously support Extraction to integrate a whole series of unpublished content.

The first round of free updates will pass through Crisis Events and Assignments with additional modes, new Operators, new equipment and “parasite evolutions” that will make the creatures to be faced more and more violent and dangerous.

From the launch it will still be possible to access the Maelstrom Protocol, an endgame mode designed for advanced level Operators. Entering the Malestrom matches will catapult players into nine macro-areas full of enemies to take down; each area will present objectives to complete, as well as the inevitable survival challenges against waves of deformed creatures.

To get an idea of the activities to be carried out in Protocol Malestrom, you can take a look at the video that stands out at the beginning of the article, but first we remind you that the release of Rainbow Six Extraction is set for January 20, 2022 on PC, PS4, Xbox One, Google Stadia, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S.
