is among the 10 most played titles on Xbox

The already rich catalog of Xbox Game Pass has recently been enriched with the arrival of Marvel’s Avengers, the game as a service dedicated to the iconic superheroes of the House of Ideas. Judging by the first results, it seems that the game is benefiting greatly from the agreement between Microsoft and Square-Enix.

According to what reveals the True Achievements portal, Marvel’s Avengers benefited from a sensational boost at launch on Xbox Game Pass, managing to reach the tenth position in the ranking of the most played titles in recent days on the Xbox platforms. The game, in this way, managed to do better than quite popular productions such as FIFA 22, which is also fresh from release, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, and Red Dead Redemption 2 (Red Dead Online). However, Call of Duty Modern Warfare (COD Warzone), Fortnite, Minecraft and GTA V remain ahead.

Several other titles, prior to Marvel’s Avengers, benefited from a big initial boost upon their arrival on Xbox Game Pass, before slowly slipping into the top 40. It will therefore be interesting to observe how the Crystal Dynamics game plays in the coming weeks, and if will be able to remain among the hottest titles on Xbox.

Recently, the developers gave some tidbits of Marvel’s Avengers Spider-Man, the narrative expansion coming exclusively to PlayStation and clearly dedicated to the exploits of the wall climber.
