Is God of War for PC compatible with DualShock and DualSense?

After the announcement of God of War for PC, many are wondering if the game will also support controllers or if it will be mandatory to play only with the keyboard. Here is Sony’s official answer.

The publisher announces that “the release of God of War for PC will be accompanied by guaranteed support for controllers and the ability to customize keyboard controls”, the game will support PlayStation wireless controllers (DualSense and DualShock 4) as well as a wide range of third-party joypads, anyone wishing to play with mouse and keyboard will be able to fully customize the controls to suit their own style and personal needs.

God of War will be released on January 14, 2022 on PC, available in digital format on Steam and Epic Games Store at a price of 49.99 euros, in addition to the game, the package also includes a series of bonuses to be used in-game as a skin for the shield and the Vow of Death armor set for Kratos and Atreus.

Sony’s Santa Monica game arrives on PC more than three years after its launch on PlayStation 4 and in the same year of the debut of God of War Ragnarok, the sequel to be released on PS5 and PS4 in the course of 2022.
