More than five years after the debut of the title, the Techland team continues to offer a rich post-launch support to its appreciated horror, now in the process of finding space also in a Nintendo Switch version of Dying Light Platinum Edition.
The software house has now released a new dedicated update, which follows the debut of the Hellraid DLC. There are many aspects touched by the update, which in addition to correcting some bugs has also introduced new content. Among the latter, new objects, weapons and outfits appear.
Raid mode also features additional explorable areas in the map, as well as an updated tutorial system and an Armory section for the central hub. The Dying Light Platinum Edition DLC now also offers several thematic additions designed for the maps of Slums and Old Town, to which is added support for Be the Zombie mode and multiple live events.
Update 1.39 is available from today, Thursday 14 October, on all Dying Light publishing platforms. Recall that the sequel to the title was recently the subject of a postponement. Also with Rosario Dawson in the cast, Dying Light 2 will be available starting next February 4, 2022.
