In the course of the latest developer update, 343 Industries has unveiled new details on the highly anticipated Halo Infinite, announcing, however, that on day one the shooter will be devoid of the cooperative mode and the Forge.

During the event, the developers of 343 Industries have provided some important information on the status of the work and on the content that will affect the launch of Halo Infinite. In fact, according to reports, the historic shooter will be published during the next Christmas holidays (the official release date has not yet been announced) without the cooperative campaign and the Forge, modes that will be implemented respectively during Season 2 and 3, while it will offer the single player campaign and multiplayer mode.

Joseph Staten said the challenges encountered during the coronavirus pandemic strained the development of Halo Infinite forcing the team to make this difficult decision: “Unfortunately, as we focused our efforts on closing and delivering an experience of quality at launch, we made the difficult decision to delay the co-op campaign. The Forge will also be released after launch. “

The developers then called the Halo Infinite technical preview a success, specifying that they are working to solve all the problems reported by the players. Before leaving you to the movie we remind you that on our pages you can find the test of Halo Infinite.
