on the hunt for ghosts in the new gameplay video

Famitsu reporters went on a ghost hunt in the dark dimension of Project Zero Maiden of Black Water and shared over 50 minutes of gameplay from the PC and console re-release of the horror adventure launched in 2014 on Wii U.

In this new version, the original Fatal Frame Maiden of Black Water will be re-proposed with various improvements to the graphics sector and content additions that will pass, for example, to the introduction of a new Photo Mode that will allow enthusiasts to customize their own mediumistic shots placing on the scene the favorite character and any discovered spirit.

As a further incentive to use the new Photo Mode we will then find the numerous additional costumes and accessories introduced by Koei Tecmo for Yuri, Miu and Ren.

On the gameplay front, we will also see some optimizations in the “combat” mechanics based on the use of the camera to inflict damage on ghosts discovered among the terrifying environments to be explored in Mount Hikami.
