Reggie Fils-Aimé returns to the office with his new book

Despite having long since left Nintendo, Reggie Fils-Aimé has remained an iconic figure for fans of the Japanese giant. The former president of Nintendo of America now returns to be talked about with his autobiographical book that could attract the attention of his fans.

Entitled “Disrupting the Game: from the Bronx to the top of Nintendo”, the book offers both excerpts from Reggie’s life, starting from a childhood full of challenges due to being the son of Haitian immigrants, and lots of curiosities and background on his role at the top of the American division of Nintendo and how he managed to get so high throughout his career by becoming one of the most powerful men in the gaming industry. In this regard, part of the work also focuses on giving advice and suggestions to reach the top in one’s profession, where a strong dose of courage, trust in one’s ideas and experimenting new paths are indispensable elements for an ambitious mind. Fils-Aimé also underlines how essential it is to create a cohesive group through a credible vision on future projects that can take your company far.
