After months of rumors and unconfirmed rumors, Insomniac Games has finally revealed to the world of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, the sequel to the beloved Action / Adventure open world starring the famous Marvel hero released on PS4 in September 2018, to then receive a PS5 upgrade in November 2020.
The short trailer shown during the PlayStation Showcase allowed us to see two different Spider-Man at work, Peter Parker and Miles Morales, as well as giving a glimpse of Venom, one of Spider-Man’s most iconic opponents, for a few seconds. Most importantly, it also gave us a launch window for this highly anticipated sequel. When does Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 come out? Insomniac has not yet specified the exact day on which we will be able to play the superhero again, but assures us that the title will be available in the course of 2023. The wait will therefore be very long, but in the coming months the developers will certainly provide more details on the ‘works in terms of gameplay, setting and narrative.
Waiting to find out more and more details about the project, we remind you that Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will be exclusive to PlayStation 5, as confirmed by the Californian studio.
