Following the remarkable success of the Pirates of the Caribbean-themed Sea of ​​Thieves DLC, Rare’s pirate adventure sets sail for a new adventure.

The Microsoft home team is in fact officially ready to kick off the Season 4 of the title, which will lead the adventurers of the ocean into the underwater depths. The trailer dedicated to the new contents, which you can view directly at the opening of this news, presented the many new features coming with this new phase of Sea of ​​Thieves, between mermaids and submerged treasures.

Among the most interesting additions planned for Season 4, we certainly find the introduction of six mysterious Mermaid Sanctuaries, part of an ancient Underwater Realm that has now suddenly awakened. Each of these underwater temples will offer unique challenges, thanks to which the crews of Sea of ​​Thieves will be able to conquer precious relics. The bravest sailors will also be able to try their hand at hunting special submerged chests, protected by armies of creatures from the deep. Players looking for further adventures can also carefully search for special messages in bottle wrapped in corals – the latter will lead them to special rewards.
