With the incredible fights of the 12-minute gameplay of Black Myth WuKong still in the eyes, the Game Science developers immerse us in the atmosphere of their action adventure to show us equally suggestive sketches and renderings on the creatures and fantasy scenarios of Ancient China.
The new batch of artwork and screensaver images shared by the Asian developers allows us to reconcile ourselves with the dreamlike atmospheres and the frenetic adventures to live in this triple A project inspired by the classic Chinese novel Journey to the West.
Between temples that bead mountain landscapes, huge statues of warrior demons guarding millenary architectural structures and inscrutable jungles shrouded in fog, the action-role dimension of Black Myth WuKong really does nothing to hide the enormous ambitions nurtured by the authors of Game Science.
It was precisely this ambition, on the other hand, that pushed the top of the Chinese software house to embrace the idea of transposing the title on Unreal Engine 5, thus giving the opportunity to its designers to further improve the technical sector, the animations of the combat system and all the particle and lighting effects that are a corollary to the graphics.
We therefore leave you in the company of the new artwork and wallpaper shared by the developers of Black Myth: if you want to know more about this project, we refer you to our special on Black Myth Wukong and the warrior spirit of Ancient China on Unreal Engine 5.
