the Open Beta will last twice as long! Here is the new closing date

In a surprise move, Activision announces the extension of the duration from the Call of Duty Vanguard Open Beta phase and sets the new closing date for multiplayer tests accessible on PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS5 and Xbox Series X / S.

In announcing it on social media, the representatives of the American videogame giant specify that, contrary to what was previously expected, the COD Vanguard Open Beta will not close its doors on the evening of Monday 20 September.

The new timing indicated by Activision as the end of the activities to be carried out on the Call of Duty Vanguard multiplayer servers will allow fans to try their hand at the challenges offered by the Open Beta until 19:00 Italian on Wednesday 22 September.

The two additional days of testing will also allow Sledgehammer Games to acquire more suggestions from the community and obtain useful information to complete the development and file the latest glimpses of the powerful multiplayer sector of Vanguard.

The tweet shared by Activision does not provide further details on any changes or anticipations for additions between modes, weapons, equipment and features. By extending the multiplayer server access time of Activision’s new shooter and Sledgehammer from two to four days, our COD Vanguard Open Beta guide could be doubly useful.
