Geoff Keighley has confirmed that the Saints Row reboot will be at Gamescom>, now there are some (very few, actually) news about this new project by Deep Silver and Volition.
According to reports, the game will simply be titled Saints Row (and not Saints Row V as previously assumed) and will be released on February 25, 2022 on PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S and PC via the Epic Games Store. It is then confirmed that the reveal will take place during the Gamescom Opening Night Live on August 25th, with the pre show scheduled from 7:30 pm and the actual show starting at 8:00 pm.
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not know anything else about this title, the official website of Saints Row only presents a countdown that will expire tomorrow night, in addition to the Deep Silver and Volition logos. The Saints Row series has been standing still for a few years now, after Saints Row 4 (released in 2013) the studio published Saints Row 4 Re-Elected and Saints Row Gat Out of Hell in 2015, but for more than five years the franchise has been paused but now it’s time for a comeback in style. We will know more in the next few hours, when Saints Row will be officially unveiled.
