eFootball revolutionizes Konami’s football series by embracing a free-to-play game model with an exclusively digital output. The Japanese software house provides constant support for the title over time, with the arrival of several new content in the months following its launch.
eFootball 2022 will be released on September 30, 2021, exactly one day before FIFA 22. We already know that the content at the debut will also be limited in terms of teams, with only 9 teams selectable for the kick-off. In this regard, which Italian teams are there at the debut of eFootball? Only one: it is up to Juventus to represent the Bel Paese in Konami’s football title starting from the end of September. The other teams available are FC Barcelona, FC Bayern Munchen, Manchester United, Arsenal, Corinthias, Flamengo, Sao Paulo and Rivel Plate.
A rather small roster initially, but which will be enriched more and more with the numerous updates that Konami will work on in the near future. Although it is not yet clear when they will be included, the arrival of other Italian teams can be considered practically taken for granted. Finally, remember that the title will be available on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X / S, Xbox One and later also on mobile systems. Waiting for the debut, our eFootball preview will give you a clearer idea of what to expect on day one.
