According to the latest information leaked on the net, a substantial update for the PlayStation 5 version of Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War and Warzone is coming in the next few hours, which could reduce the space occupied by the game on the SSD of the next-gen Sony console.
This is confirmed by the now popular PlayStation Game Size Twitter account, whose keen eye has intercepted the new files as soon as they landed on Sony’s servers. The update should have an average weight, since the PlayStation 4 version is 8 GB in size. According to the user, installing the update on PlayStation 5 can be a great benefit, since the space occupied is reduced by 18 GB. Unfortunately, the cut should only concern Black Ops Cold War and not Warzone, but it is very likely that a patch that has the same effect on the battle royale mode is also on the way. On the other hand, there is no information about the possible weight reduction on Xbox Series X | S, console that should in any case receive the update in question like all other platforms supported by the Activision title.
Waiting to find out more details about this update and its effects, we remind you that just a few days ago we talked to you about how the new Call of Duty Warzone cheats that allow you to eliminate enemies without aiming are increasingly popular.
