More than three years after its launch on PlayStation 4, Sony has announced that God of War will arrive on PC on January 14, 2022. But what are the plans for God of War Ragnarok, the highly anticipated sequel to the epic Norse adventures of Kratos and Atreus ?
Although there has been no statement on the part of Sony, the hypothesis that God of War Ragnarok also arrives on PC does not seem to be so unlikely if we take a look at the Linkedin profile of Warren Lee, part of Jetpack Interactive, a team that is is precisely taking care of bringing God of War to PC.
Projects under development at Jetpack Interactive also include God of War Ragnarok. At this point, two possible scenarios open up: it could be a simple mistake by Warren Lee, or we are faced with a concrete clue related to the conversion of the action game currently planned exclusively on PlayStation platforms.
Considering that the first chapter of the Norse saga has already been made official, the operation could certainly make sense. However, there is little doubt that God of War Ragnarok would arrive on PC a few years later than the PS4 and PS5 consoles.
The fact is that to date there are no announcements from Sony, and as always it will be good to wait for any updates from the Japanese company. We remind you that the next-gen upgrade of God of War Ragnarok will be paid.
